The Temptations

Good Saturday Morning All!

As most of you know in Matthew it talks about Satan tempting JESUS in the wilderness. Well, he is gonna tempt us too so here are 3ways he does that, and I will coincide them to what JESUS went through....

First way Satan will tempt us is by a Physical Need, he tempted JESUS by telling him to turn stones into bread for food knowing JESUS was hungry after fasting 40days and 40nights.

Second way is by an Emotional Need, Satan tempted JESUS this way by tell him cast himself down to see if GOD would protect him.

Now the Third way is Psychological Need, Satan took JESUS up on the mountains and show him the kingdom and said if he would bow down to him he would give it all to him(Satan really could not anyways, we know he is lair).

See Satan knew JESUS was at a time in the wilderness fasting 40days and 40nights and he was hungry, tried, well let just say he was at a weak point(JESUS was (sinless) human) and that is what Satan does to us he knows when we are weak and going through stuff physically,emotionally and psychologically and he will build on that. BUT we need to be like JESUS he told Satan to get away and he DID NOT fall into temptation. So know Satan is attacking by getting into GOD's Word and call him off through it.

Poor Libby

Hello Everyone!

Today I had to take my baby(cat) Libby to the doctor. She has a bad UTI and peeing blood. So sad you can just tell she don't feel good. But, what is amazing is how GOD let me see that she was sick and how he used her to tell me as well. What I mean is, I have 4 babies(cats) and it is hard to know who did what in the litter box, not going any farther with that one:), anyways Libby is our non-verbal baby so when I was scooping the litter this morning @6:30am, she sat down there with me going to each one after I scooped it and looking at me, so I would go right behind her and scoop but nothing would be there, so I looked at her and said what is going on with you and she start meowing but it was a meow like she was telling me something and not a normal "cat long meow" it was broke up like words(I know I am crazy...crazy for my cat babies). Needless to say I call the doctor they fitted me in and she on meds. 2x's a day. SO, PLEASE PRAY FOR HER AND THAT SHE WILL FEEL BETTER AND GET WELL AND NEVER HAVE THIS AGAIN. Thanks to my mil for riding with me and putting up with me today, thank GOD for her too!!

But wanted to share how GOD let me know - he loves all his creation even the the four legged.

JESUS mentioned 7 ways to anger GOD, often called "7 woes".

• Not letting others enter the Kingdom of Heaven and not entering yourselves

• Blindly leading GOD's people to follow man-made traditions instead of GOD's Word
• Involving yourself in insignificant details and ignoring what is really important: Justice, Mercy, Faith
• Keeping up appearances while your private world is corrupt
• Acting spiritual to cover sins
• Pretending to have learned from the past history, but your present behavior shows you have learned nothing

Just a prayer away.....

Good Morning!!

We have all done things that are wrong, and we have failed to obey GOD's laws. Because of this we have been separated from GOD our Creator. Separation from GOD is death; but, by ourselves, we can do nothing to become united with GOD.
JESUS was not only a man; he was GOD's son. Because JESUS never disobeyed GOD and never sinned, only he can bridge the gap between the sinless GOD and sinful mankind.
JESUS freely offered his life for us, dying on the cross in our place, taking all our wrongdoing upon himself, and saving us from the consequences of sin--including GOD's judgement and death.
JESUS took our past, present, and future sins upon himself so that we could have new life. Because all our wrongdoing is forgiven, we are reconciled to GOD. And, JESUS resurrection from the dead is the proof that his sacrifice on the cross was acceptable to GOD, and his resurrection has become the source of new life for whoever believes that JESUS is the Son of GOD. All who believe in him may have this new life and live it union with him. Eternal life with JESUS is just a prayer away....

Romans 5:8
But GOD commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, CHRIST died for us.

Romans 10:13
For whosoever call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved.

JESUS PAID IT ALL,  ALL TO HIM WE OWE!! SIN HAS LEFT US A STAIN, BUT JESUS WASHED IT WHITE AS SNOW!!

There is more to it....

Good Morning all!! GOD is amazing as always, I woke up this morning :)!

We are, more often than not, guilty of avoiding the extreme sins while regularly committing the types of sins with which JESUS was most concerned.

Five examples of extreme sins but there is more to it....

1-Murder, but we must also avoid anger and hatred.
2-Sacrifices, we need to have a right relationship with GOD and others. Give(tithe) with a cheerful heart.
3-Adultery, it is easy to avoid that, but also we need to keep our hearts from lusting and be faithful.
4-Be legally married, that's one thing but we need to live out our marriage commitments and vows. Divorce is way to common now days.
5-Revenge, I think we all have thought about getting someone back,(I said thought about, lol), but GOD says show mercy and love to others.

^All this can be found in the book of Matthew in chapter 5^

Now there we see extreme sin, but remember there more to it than just that,
Are you living as JESUS taught??

In Every Way.....

Good Morning!! We sure needed this rain!

We should want to please GOD in every way of our lives. But have you ever thought about really what is "in every way?"  Maybe verse 14 in Psalms 19 will help you like it helped me.

Psalms 19:14
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in they sight oh LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

David was saying he desired that his words and actions and even his thoughts would please GOD.
We should desire that as well. I believe that is the "in every way" that GOD is looking for.
Focus on pleasing GOD with your words, actions and thoughts and lets throw one more in the mix, how about our reactions, well thats maybe considered actions but I am going to include that one as well.
Pray and GOD will give you strength and a desire.

LORD,
May all my words, actions, reactions, and even my thoughts be pleasing to you. Help me to be more attentive to these, that I will be lifting up your name in every way of my life. Amen

Didn't get to go to church :(

Good Morning Friends!
Well mine is ok - Sad I didn't get to go to church this morning.

We woke up well actually Jason woke up first and then I got up later on. Started with a cup of coffee outside with Jason and then I said well better go get ready, Jason then tells me he has a headache and feels dizzy/light headed, so of course I am not leaving him alone. So we stayed home. He said if he is feeling better we are going to the evening service, so maybe we will make it to that one. I hate missing church. I need to go and get recharged and unload. But GOD understands, but I still feel bad.

Taste and you will like

Psalms 34:8
O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

When we take the 1st steps of Obedience in following GOD, we will see and experience goodness. When you are 1st saved you are learning, but as you grow(getting into GOD's Word, Praying, Worship Service) it getting even sweeter and sweeter. He will overflow your cup with joy and peace. Now, what we have to watch out for is that pesky Devil - He will try to bring us down. Stand strong in the LORD and back the Devil down with GOD's word and your faith in the name of JESUS.

Enjoy your life in CHRIST!! He makes it so much better!!

How bout you 40years or a few weeks?

What you may or may not know about the Israelites and their journey to the Promise Land.
And
Is it going to take us 40 years to get where we are to be?

The Israelites were in Egypt. There was about 1million of them all together. Moses, Aaron and Joshua led them. Their purpose was to reclaim the Promise Land. They had many obstacles such us the Red Sea, Desert, and their enemies. But GOD seen them through all of them. The Israelites still had failures, they complained, they were disobedient. Even though GOD was with them every step of the way and did miracles to help them along. So, the journey that should of took a few weeks took them into 40 year epic.
They eventually made it!

Don't let set backs and start complaining hither your journey with the LORD. Don't let something that only takes a few days or weeks take you into 40 years. Know GOD is with you and press on. Look above!

12 People called WISE...

12 People in the Bible that are called wise....and we should learn to be more like each of them. So we can be wise in the sight of GOD.

1- Joseph was a wise leader. He helped rule Egypt.
2- Moses was also called wise leader. Learned GOD's lessons in wisdom to lead Israel out of Egypt.
3- Bezaleel was call a wise artist. She designed and supervised construction on the tabernacle.
4- Joshua was called a wise leader. He obeyed GOD, and lead the people to the promise land.
5- David was also called wise leader. Never let his failures keep him down. He seeked GOD and his forgiveness.
6- Abigail was a wise wife. She managed her household in spite of an alcoholic husband.
7- Soloman was also another one called wised leader. He knew what to do even though he did not put his own wisdom into action.
8- Daniel was call wise counselor. He was a man in touch with GOD. So he helped a lot of people.
9- The 3 Wise Man. They seek the LORD.
10- Stephan was call wise leader as well. He distributed of food to the Grecian widows and preached the gospel to the Jews. He was stoned because of this faith.
11- Paul was called a wise messenger. He spent his life telling other about Christ, no matter the cost to him.

Last but not least....

12- CHRIST!! A wise youth, wise Saviour, wisdom of GOD. He lived a perfect life and died on the cross for us. He took our sins on Himself and suffered on the cross so that we can go to Heaven.

Go tell......everyone!

Jesus gives the Great Commission in
Mark 16:15
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Who do we tell and what do we tell?
Well, lets look at the verse.....
GOD said go into ALL THE WORLD and peach to EVERY CREATURE(everyone) that He paid their penalty for sin and that those who believe in Him can be forgiven and live eternally with GOD.

We may not all be preachers, but GOD still tells us to go and tell others about him.

So lets go out and tell others about CHRIST!! No matter their age, color, gender, etc....

I know I have failed in being a witness for my Saviour, LORD forgive me.

Don't offend the little ones

Matthew 18:6
But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.


Wow!
Children are trusting by nature. They trust everyone. So importantly they trust GOD and their faith grows. Which GOD tells us to do the same(yesterday's blog) anyways, Being that children are so trusting verse 6 tells us if any adult (Parents, Grandparents, Aunt/Uncle, Teachers, etc..) should steer them away from GOD and their faith that person will be severely punished.
We should be encouraging children to seek and live for GOD. Helping them in their christian walk. Building them up to do great and mighty things in the LORD's name.

So asking you these questions, Are you offending or not offending?!? Are so encouraging or not encouraging?!? Are you going to be severely punished or not?!?

Seriously, we need to be leading children in the ways of the LORD - look at world around you and what these children are facing now days, it so scary.

Are you Childish or Childlike?!?

Matthew 18:1-5
At that time the disciples came to Jesus and said, “Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” And He called a child to Himself and set him before them, and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. “Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. “And whoever receives one such child in My name receives me."

The disciples argued about who would be the greatest. They lost their focus, as do we if we are not careful. They were being childish.
So JESUS used a child as an example showing them and us that we should be childlike having faith and trusting as a child. Not trying to uplift ourselves and be #1.

Childish: Auguring over petty issues, trying to be better then others. Self-Centered.

Childlike: Humble, trusting. Wanting to learn with a sincere heart.

So are you being Childish or Childlike??

Today's Worship Service

We had the Lord's Supper this morning at church. I love it when we do. We should remember everyday what the LORD has done for us but it is just something with you partake it Communion. It really puts you in touch with the LORD. To me also it is a time to really observe myself and confess any sins that I am harboring, so I did then partook.
 But what really bites my bullet at myself after having a great service, confessing to GOD and taking in the Lord's Supper. I could not even make it through the rest of the day without sinning. LORD I am sorry.
I know I am not perfect, just forgiven. Thank GOD!!! 1John1:9

Joy Will Come!

Psalms 30:5
Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

When, not if, we have a battle in our lives, we can either do 2 things:
1-We can lean on GOD, and let him mold us that we will grow in our christian life.
Or
2-We can try to do thing on our own and really make it worse(pity party, try to solve it, etc..) and miss out on GOD molding/growing us.

The thing is when we are going through a battle, and we will, lean on GOD knowing He is molding/growing us to his likeness AND JOY WILL COME!! It want if you try to do things on your own because we will only mess things up, and no joy will come that.

The battle will come but victory(joy) is yours through the LORD!

Psalms 126:5
They who sow in tears shall reap in joy and singing.

Do a U-Turn

Proverbs 9:14-18

For some reason sin is exciting. Only thing one sin will lead us to want more and more. Most people would rather live a life of sin then the "boring" christian life. But, don't be deceived - sin is dangerous. Before taken that forbidden fruit, look what happens to those who eat it.

Look at verse 18- Where did the unwise, sinner/lost person end up?......Hell!

Turn away from sin and live your best for the LORD!

If you are headed in the wrong direction GOD allows u-turns!!

It's Here!!!!

My washer was delivered today YAY!! I was and still am so excited. I know get a life right, but it's every house wifes' dream. I already put it to use - 3 load baby!! Finally caught up from not having one for more then a week. Thanks to My mom and mil for letting me use their while I was waiting on my new one.
And most importantly thank GOD!

Reasons of Suffering

Good Morning guys and gals!

In the Bible Job suffered and his suffering came from Satan. But when suffering or troubles happen do they always come form Satan?....NO. There are other reasons we suffer and I will list a few and any combination of them may create suffering. If knowing why we are suffering will teach us to avoid the cause, then we should know them. And how to respond during suffering is very important....So now on to the list...

Our sin - when we sin we not only affect ourselves but other as well - We need to respond in repentance and confession to GOD.
Others' sin - when others sin it does affect us and others around by the train reaction - We need to resist the sinful behavior of others and learn from them, also love the sinner.
Avoidable disasters - Persons who ignore the fact or refuse to take precautions - I once heard,  "GOD don't need our help he has a set time for us to die" - We need to prevent them when possible, be prepared if they can't be prevented.
Unavoidable disasters - GOD will test us and Satan will deceit us and tempt us - We need ongoing trust in GOD's faithfulness.

Most of the time we do bring suffering on ourselves by what we do and don't do. Go to GOD in everything and trust in him. I know there are things that happen to us that can't be avoided. When that is the case know GOD is there with you!!

Little more David.

Good Morning!

 Yesterday I was blogging about David and how he stood up to Goliath, which is pretty amazing. Did you know that GOD refer to David as "a man after his own heart." Now, did that mean David did not sin and he was perfect?....NO!
When someone talks about David in the Bible I think about a shepherd or a giant-killer, he was one of the greatest men in the Old Testament. But did you know David had another list I think about too: adulter, murderer, lair. He had failures just like we do. So, what made GOD refer to him as "a man after my own heart."  See, David had an unchangeable belief in faith, and he knew GOD's forgiving nature. He sinned many time just like us but David was quick to confess his sins and  it was from his heart, his repentance was genuine. David never took GOD's forgiveness lightly or his blessing for granted. GOD forgave David just like he willing to forgive us, and David knew he would suffer consequences of his sins and accepted that. David sinned but he DID NOT sin repeatedly.

Most times people would rather avoid GOD's forgiveness so they did not have to suffer his consequences.
Also, when David sin greatly he did not repeat sinning...He stopped. Most times we don't.

Often, we don't seem to learn from our mistakes or the consequences that result from our mistakes!?!?!

What we can learn from David:
Admit your sins to GOD and ask for forgiveness.
Accept the consequences.
Have a true heart.
Faith.
Don't keep repeating sins.
Know that GOD is forgiving and accept his forgiveness.
Complete trust and worship our GOD.
Confess from the heart/repentance to be genuine.
Don't take forgiveness and blessing for granted.
Seek GOD.

*Enjoy the forgiveness of GOD even while we have to suffer the consequences of our sins, just as David did.*

Today's Worship Service @ Church

Service was wonderful this morning. Pastor Grant preached a great message. But one point really stuck out to me. Everybody knows the story of David and Goliath.(look in 1Samuel 17). But here is a short version and what I got out of it.
David was a youth and Goliath was a giant. Goliath tormented the men of Israel, and they were scared of him and backed down, but David stood up and fought Goliath and won.
Goliath is the world and we are the men of Israel - and we let them back us down and we will not stand up for the Church and GOD. We need to be like David fearless and faithful to stand up to the world like he did Goliath.

Are you going to be like the men of Israel or like David?
Are you going to be a coward or fearless/courage and faithful?

Who can we depend on.....

We can depend upon GOD for help. We are living our life daily on this Earth; we are protected, not by anything created, but by the creator of everything.

Psalms 121:1-2
1I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

When ever we are going through a battle we can always look to the LORD. He loves us and cares for us.
We should NEVER trust a lesser power than GOD himself. Not only is he all powerful he also watches over us non-stop.
Man, that should make us feel safe and secure! we are in His loving arms.
We will never outgrow our need for GOD's loving, untiring watch of us and our life.
Praise GOD!!
Thanks you LORD for your watchful eye and protecting arms around me. amen.

Just to tell you something on a side note. The verses 121:1-2 are my favorite verses in GOD's Word. Also they were my great grandpaw's as well. I did not know that until at his funeral and his pastor said that he loved those verses and they were his favorite. I was totally amazed. My great grandpaw died at 99, and he was teaching a Bible study class until he was 96 - WOW now that is a testimony. He has a son (my great uncle) who is lost and when my grandpaw laid in the hospital dieing he took his son and said "I know were I am going will I ever see you there." Then he passed away - He told others about JESUS until the minute he passed away. I just thought I would share that. Euston Slaton was a great man who loved GOD - I only hope when I die people say that about me - and nothing else - just that I loved the LORD.

USA..What happened?

Good morning! It is such a beautiful day GOD has made - truly beautiful!
Yesterday I posted some prayer requests and one on there stuck out to me, OUR NATION.
I don't know about you but I believe our nation is so backwards that we are becoming a third world country.
I am passionate about this because children that are being brought in this world don't stand a chance in the future. Just look around - you see more kids having kids then ever before. I better stop there on that, or you will be here all day reading me vent.
But, have you thought really what happened? Well I am going to give my opinion, which I think is right ;)

First, we took GOD out of everything(schools, court/government building, public places) because we don't want to offend anyone - give me break this country was founded/ based on GOD. And to go even more deeper GOD made this great land, created with His own hands.(I am sure He is shaking His head at what we done to it.)
Second, we have put leaders over this country that really should not even oversee a dog show. They have lied(I know big surprise), they are all for people's rights - since when is it right to murder, but we are letting women kill babies everyday. And our tax $ pay for it ....um. Plus, Victims have less rights then the accused. So when you vote, make sure you go to GOD in prayer He will give wisdom on who to vote for.(I believe as a christian you will be judge on who you voted for).
Third, we allowed any old crap to be on tv/movies. And we let children watch it without blinking a eye. Ok, going to vent alittle here.....
 MTV and other channels broadcast shows on there that show young adults drinking, and doing other things I am not going in detail about, then another show idolizing teen mom's, wow when did that become ok. I am going to stop venting on this for now, I will save it for another day..lol.
Look, I will be here all day if I sit here and type everything we are doing in this country wrong according to GOD's word, but believe me there is a forth, fifth, sixth, etc....

In the great words of my smart, handsome, wonderful husband  "people say America is going down the toilet, well when actually it has been flushed and sitting in the sewer waiting on GOD to come back." 
I think that pretty much sums it up!

BUT wait...... we have a great GOD...

If my people, which are called by name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sins, and will heal their land.

WOW, GOD is so forgiving and loving!! Let's pray and seek GOD America!!

Boring but I am Content..blogging about life...

Hey guys and gals!

Just blogging......Some may think I have a boring life, and I want disagree. I am pretty much a hermit, good thing my wonderful husband is the same way; GOD is the perfect matchmaker who needs eHarmony haha. But, I am happy and content with my life GOD choose for me.. I think today's highlight for me was going to my in-laws to wash mine and the hubby's clothes(our washer finally said goodbye, and the new will not say hello until the 12th). But, I hung out with my mil, so it was cool. Jason is working today so I cleaned and went over there. I will say I have better days when Jason is off, they seem more exciting and interesting..lol. But I will quit boring you guys, but I will be blogging every now and then if something does come up that is.....well......interesting...*sigh*..lol.

Praise Report - Giving it to the LORD

Good morning!!

Well I want to thank GOD publicly for answering a prayer request, so many time we pray for something or someone and GOD answers and we totally forget to say thank you.
Many were praying for this little girl. She was born having Epilepsy seizures. She is now 2yrs old just had surgery, the doctors remove lesions from her brain. They told the parents she will make full recovery and the seizures should stop!!  PRAISE TO OUR GOD LORD AND KING!!!

GOD is still on the throne and still in the miracle business!!

Don't forget to tell GOD thank you for what he has done for you lately.

The christian life was never promised to us to be a smooth road to run on(easy way to live). We got to have a purpose and a plan because times will be difficult and Satan will try to trip us on our run. But we never persevere without the promise of a prize.....a promise GOD will keep.

We need a Purpose:
Run your race to win, Keep your eyes on the goal, Don't get discouraged and give up, Tell others about the LORD, Hold on to your faith.

We need a Plan:
Get rid of anything that is harmful to you, Discipline your body training it, Forget your past and look forward, Don't get into worldly things, Follow the LORD's "rules" like an athlete would his coaches, Work hard praying and studying GOD's word.

Now, the Prize we will receive:
A Heavenly reward, Everlasting life, Standing firm against Satan,
 Heavenly prize/rewards to lay at JESUS feet,
 I would think it would be kinda sad not to have a reward/prize to give back to JESUS.

 LORD, I pray for your guidance that I will live a life pleasing to you, never giving up on my race. So I can earn rewards/prizes not for me but that I will be able to lay them at your feet and give you all praise and glory you deserve. I love you Father. Amen

The LORD always remains faithful to us and always carries out his promise. He is the best "coach" to have help you train/live a christian life for him.

We will live with CHRIST; We will sit and rule with him.

2Timothy 4:7-8
7I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course(race), I have kept the faith:
8there is laid up for me a crown(prize/reward) of righteousness, which the LORD, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Hebrews 12:1
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us
1Corinthians 9:24
Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

When you are in a race, you have to train and be disciplined to win 1st place. Well in a Christian life it is the same thing -- only difference is we are running toward our Heavenly reward. Both require training and discipline just....different kind of training...lol. Christians essential training and discipline would be: prayer, Bible study, and worship, seeking GOD in everything, etc.
Just don't come out or live by jogging a few laps and say "I give up", Train diligently, because your spiritual race depends upon it.

2Timothy 4:7-8
7I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

What a day that will be when JESUS face we will see -- and the rewards we get -- we can lay them at JESUS feet!!

He made us.....

Psalms 139:14
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Have you ever had a self image problem, I know I have. Getting down on myself at times. But GOD reminds me He made us. He even knows the number of hairs on our head (look at Luke 12:7). And He loves us, and cares for us - We should have as much respect for ourselves as our MAKER has for us.
And when we go to say something negative about ourselves remember GOD made you don't cut down His work, HE never makes a mistake.
He placed every freckle on you, He put the nose he wanted for you, and He made your bones grow the height he wanted you!! Praise GOD we were made by the Creator of this world, each special to His liking!! That should make you smile!!

Genesis 1:27
So GOD created man in his own image, in the image of GOD created he him; male and female created he them.
Genesis 1:31
And GOD saw every thing that he had made and behold, it was very good,
Ephesians 2:10
For we are his workmanship, created in CHRIST JESUS unto good works, which GOD hath before ordained that we walk in them.

These are just a few verses that GOD tells us that He made us!! Made us perfect in his sight -- So when you look in the mirror remind yourself of that!!

Blessed...why complain.

Something a little different today then normal because....
I was just sitting here thinking how much GOD has blessed me. If he never blesses me again, he blessed me to much.
Have you really sat down and thought about all the "things" in your life, that we really take for granted, even the small stuff like our pillow and blanket(thought of those because of the cool weather we are having, that I am loving -- so thank GOD for that too.) But really, I have heard and seen people suffering and it breaks my heart,  people doing without, and I have gauze to complain about minor stuff and take blessings for granted - I should be ashamed of myself.  Remember there is always someone who is going through something a lot tougher then what you are going though, and we have a GREAT GOD that loves us and cares about us and will never leave us though "big" storms or "small" storms!! But don't complain GOD is working on us and molding us, He knows what he is doing and we will be ok(easier said then done, I know).

A couple of Bible verses I thought of when writing this:
Philippians 2:14
Do all things without murmurings and disputing.
Also look at 1Corinthians 10:10

Hebrews 13:5
For he hath said, I will never leave you nor forsake you.

Roar like a lion

John 8:44
When he speaks a falsehood, he speaks what is natural to him, for he is a liar and the father of lies and of all that is false.

Th Devil is a liar and he lies to you and me, and if we are not aggressive against him and don't stop listening to him, he will run and ruin our lives.
He(devil) goes about like a roaring lion seeking those to destroy(look at 1Peter 5:8). We need to be the ones who are like lion because we have JESUS in us, we should roar. Roaring as in backing the Devil down and telling other about the LORD.
Our relationship with the LORD should be strong that when the Devil comes around with his lies, we can realize it fast and back him down immediately with our roar in JESUS name! (To obtain a close relationship with the LORD: get in his word, talk to him often, seek and live for him.)
Look, the Devil is always trying to bring us down and come against us. And as long as we let him he will continue to do it. But if we make a authority afford against him, he WILL back down.(Just roar at him in JESUS name.)

The Devil comes against us through the world, our minds, and other people, be aware and roar at him in JESUS name. When the Devil come against us in our mind, be on guard and roar at him in JESUS name!

The Devil is a liar, bully, bluff and a deceiver. BUT remember 1John 4:4 "greater is he that is in you, then he that is in the world."

God wants to be in every part of our lives, emotional, physical, social, intellectual, etc.
We say we are saved then we need walk in this life like we are. We may be the only Bible people see - So what is yours saying?
Just don't talk the talk - we need to walk the walk!!
